Great experience here. My 90 yr. old dad was treated with care & respect by the friendly & professional staff during his stay. Hats of to the great staff especially Beca & Randy the director for accommodating my father with such short notice. Thanks for everything. Definitely recommend.

My grandmother seems to be very happy with the facilities attentiveness she’s unhappy daily with the food quality but she eats so she’s happy with the assistance she receives daily

My sister is being cared for at this facility. They gave given her the best care. The facility is clean they are polite and well staffed. ☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET ANY TYPE OF CARE OR THERAPY THEY ALMOST KILLED MY SISTER BY LEAVING A DIRTY SPONGE ON AN OPEN WOUND ON MY SISTER SHE WONT BE RETURNING TO MESA HILLS AND NEITHER WILL I .I WAS ALSO THERE AND RANDY THE DIRECTOR OF THIS PLACE TRIED TO ILLEGALLY DUMP ME IM BEDBOUND AND ON OXYGEN AND HE GOT UP IN MY PERSONAL SPACE TO YELL AT ME ,HUMILIATED ME AND BILITTLED ME AND HE KICKED ME OUT THIS MORNING THEY HAVE RATS AND ROACHES INFESTATION VERY NASTY AND RANDY THE DIRECTOR IS ALSO HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH THE FEMALE STAFF THE PCP IGNORED ME THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE HE NEVER EVEN SHOWED HIS FACE IN MY ROOM TO TALK ABOUT MY HEALTH OR THERAPY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY

My father was a resident at Mesa Hills, and the care he received went far beyond our expectations. We are deeply grateful for the love, compassion, and professional attention shown by every member of the staff. They were truly amazing—the best care facility I have ever seen. Thank you, Mesa Hills, for making such a meaningful difference in my father’s life and in ours.

We chose Mesa Hills for my mom’s recovery post hip surgery. The service provided by the whole staff was excellent. She was taken to therapy twice daily and helped with her rehabilitation after the surgery. She wasn’t eating at all, but the kitchen staff catered to her needs and she started eating. The CNAs were always looking out for her and were very attentive to her needs. The nurses kept an eye on her to keep her safe. We are very thankful to everyone who interacted with mom during her stay.

We are glad we made a great choice. They are some small incidents that can be address. We stay with my mom all day and night. We never saw a nutrition or dietitiian to eveluate my mom. Most of the time we have to be looking for nurses and cna. They don’t communicate with each other when ministering medication. At one point the light was on for 45min. until I went and call the nurse to wipe down my mom after pooping. As per therapy it has been fabulous. David, JC, JD have been awesome except Arron he came to work with my mom. He had personal issues that we don’t need to hear especially my mom. She is recuperating and doing very well. He made us feel guilty for his problems. We understand that there are issues and other patients. Mom sometimes is very inpatient and detail on the things she needs. Otherwise, we are welcome for your services and glad we choice a wonderful facility. Thank you for your work, Juanita Rodriguez and Alma Rodriguez.

Everyone here at Mesa Hills are amazing. My mom is in the respiratory section of the nursing home and all her nurses, RT’s, CNA’s, physical therapists, and all other staff that come in are so supportive, caring, and kind. Today my mom took off her trachea tube and they were in the room within a minute or two to fix the issue. Extremely attentive and always staying alert. Thank you so much for all that you do for my mom and continue to do for all your patients. God bless you all. ❤️

I have nothing but good words to say about my dad’s stay. Staff treated him so well. I appreciate everything they did for him. The comfort, empathy and care they provided was the best. I would like to thank each and everyone for everything. I’m forever grateful.

I have a sister at Mesa Hills Nursing Home and she’s been there like for 3 weeks and our family is very satisfied up to now with their service and the nurses!! plus all the staff or providers that work there are very nice and helpful!! They’re always coming in to check my sister we’re very happy to have her here and my niece is trying to get her dad in here too!! Hopefully my niece can get him admitted here too!! Thank You!

I went to visit a family member. The staff was so professional & helpful. I admire their patience with the patients they take care of. Some of the patients are old, impatient & belligerent. Others are young full of energy & very active. The staff members are just so considerate & patient. There were two staff members I meet & they were both very nice & patient. One of them was Annie. She was so nice & sweet. She is definitely the kind of person I want taking care of my family. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed. My mom found my grandma crying due to the nurses treating her horrible Morning nurses yelled at her And never even bothered in changing her. This is not how a nursing home should be. A nursing home is suppose to HELP them recover NOT let them get worse. Don’t recommend this Nursing Home for your loved ones.

Please make sure to do your homework on this place, review different options for your loved one before even considering this facility. We were told this was one of only 2 locations in the valley that had everything my mom needed. The admissions rep told us they would have everything in place for her and she would have whatever she required. When we arrived no one was there to greet us. The EMTs and us had to find my mom’s room on our own. The nurse that was there to receive her, didn’t show up until later and didn’t know anything about my mom, eventhough the sending hospital had already submitted her report. The facility didn’t provide bedside commodes because “everyone here is in diapers”. The second day they forgot to provide my mom lunch. Good thing we never left her side and one of use was always there. She was hardly ever checked on, the reason given by CNAs, “Since you all are here we don’t want to intrude. If you need us just push the button. It will take us awhile to come but we’ll come”. We pulled my mom out of there after 2 days.

I have my sister her an at this time and day she has not been feed. I know she is not eating but still they have not even come to see if the food was brought up. Yesterday Xmas day they forgot to bring her her lunch at 3 pm I went and ask and they said sorry they forgot they brought 2 cold sandwiches 30 min after. This is a horrible place do not bring your family here. I work in a medical field and I do not do this kind of actions. I hope we can get her out of here as soon as possible. Blessing and peace.
